Ski-in/Ski-out Lodging

Click in at the door and ride straight to the lift. The most convenient way to ski Summit County.

There’s nothing like rolling out of bed, clicking into your skis, and being on the lift in minutes — then skiing straight home for lunch or après. Ski-in/ski-out lodging turns the whole day into more time on snow and less time in the car. RMRM manages slopeside homes and condos at Summit County’s biggest resorts, and we’ll help you find the right one.

Ski-in/ski-out — FAQ

Ski-in/ski-out lodging lets you click into your skis or board at the door and ride straight to a lift — and ski right back to your lodging at the end of the day. No driving, no parking, no shuttle. Some homes are true slopeside; others are “ski-in/ski-out access,” a very short walk or cat track away.

All three of Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain have excellent slopeside options. Keystone’s River Run and Copper’s Center Village are especially convenient and family-friendly, while Breckenridge pairs slopeside Peak 8/9 lodging with a walkable historic town.

If you’re skiing multiple days, the convenience is hard to beat — more runs, warm-up breaks back at the condo, and no parking or shuttle logistics with kids and gear. Our team can help you weigh slopeside convenience against value and find the right fit. Booking direct means you can ask us directly.
