Summer Tourism is up Again This Year

For the last three years our summer rentals are up consistently from year to year.  The Summit Daily news also reports “Summer bookings at Western-mountain resorts finish out strong…”.  Our winter bookings are also off to a fast start.  We have added several new properties in Keystone, Breckenridge, and Dillon.  With number up 17 to 20% we are excited after 15 plus years in the industry to see Summer finally becoming what it should be in Summit County.  For so many years summer was not a busy time for renting, I believe the development of festivals in all the towns and Colorado pushing the many activities available in Summit County has proven to be worth the time and effort.   Owner of Rocky Mountain Resort Management Jeffrey T DePaola says “If I don’t get 50 days of skiing in a year, I am not a happy camper; and I enjoy summer in Summit County even more.  There is so much to do in the summer, and the festivals are so much fun.  Anyone who experiences the affordability and abundance of things to do in the Summer here in the County comes back again and again”.

Summer pricing is very affordable right now, however most expect increases into next summer with occupancy rates so high over the last three years.  While Rocky Mountain Resort Management plans increase for next summer, they have said they will allow return guests to pre-book for the summer before increasing rates.  “We want to encourage return stays with proven guests and respect the return business before increasing rates” says Jeffrey T DePaola.  “We will continue to work towards increasing summer rentals in owner revenue respectively, honor and respecting both”.

So if you considering booking for summer 2016, do it sooner than later  BOOK NOW!!!   888.700.2754 ext 100
